Toshiba has launched its new R-series of ultra-portable laptops – the Satellite R830 and Satellite R850.
While both models feature the latest Intel CPUs, the Satellite R850 comes with a slightly larger – 39.6cm (15.6in) – high-definition screen.
The Satellite R830, which measures only 18.3mm at its thinnest point, offers a 33.8cm (13.3in) display.
Its features include an integrated DVD drive and a full-size keyboard into a magnesium alloy chassis weighing just 1.5kg.
The Satellite R850, which features a high strength resin body, comes equipped with a numerical keypad to improve data input ability.
Toshiba said: “Both the Satellite R830 and Satellite R850 have been carefully engineered to offer slim, light and stylish designs without compromising on essential features.”
