I originally got one of these for use at home and was so impressed that we bought one for the office too. The print speeds are high & costs are low, when you use a properly weighted coated paper the results of the printouts are fantastic.
Colours are vibrant and contrary to some reviews the black are deep enough, I would imagine that the reviews were using cheap paper!! I haven’t tried printing any photos yet, but for CAD drawings, notices and A3 sized brochures the results were superb.
ANother thing that Brother should be commended on is the ease of set up, honestly 3 minutes tops. Installation on both PC and Mac was effortless too, all using an existing wireless network. I’ve even printed a PDF from my iPhone which was a first. Its so good that now my Mother has bought one to replace her aging scanner & A4 printer with an all in one thats compact and VERY easy to set up and use. I have recommended this to several friends / work colleagues due to the amazing deals floating around at the moment. So go ahead and get one, you won’t be disappointed.
